AHJ Holdings Ltd the independent specialist (re)insurance broker, is pleased to announce that it has agreed to being acquired by Miller Insurance Services LLP.  The acquisition is expected to close in Q2  2025 subject to normal approvals. 

Recently, we have welcomed a number of new staff members to Alwen Hough Johnson Limited in London as well as to AHJ Europe AS in Oslo.
