AHJ are pleased to announce that business conducted by the AHJ Norway Branch has now been transferred to AHJ Europe AS, a new subsidiary company 100% owned by Alwen Hough Johnson Ltd.

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, Finanstilsynet has authorised and regulated AHJ Europe AS to conduct reinsurance broking and the company is also approved as a Lloyd’s registered broker.

The establishment of AHJ Europe AS reinforces AHJ’s long term commitment to the Nordic region. The new company will enable us to continue to deliver the highest quality Nordic reinsurance broking services irrespective of the future relationship between the United Kingdom and the European Union.
